Money Back Guarantee
Care Beyond Direct™ offers a thirty (30) day, money-back satisfaction guarantee, to all customers. If a customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, the product may be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice to Care Beyond Direct™ within thirty (30) days of the purchase, for a refund of the purchase price.
In order to be eligible for Money Back Guarantee all product must be purchased directly through approved Care Beyond Direct™ website(s).
The Company will replace, within 30 Days of purchase, any product found to have been damaged. However, no product shall be returned to the Company without contacting Customer Support.
The product must be returned along with the original invoice or email to Care Beyond who will replace the product.
Monthly Auto-Ships may be canceled at any time by emailing Cancellation to Care Beyond™ Customer Care Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. A written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date is required.
Always examine and report any package damage to the carrier. If the products have been damaged due to carrier mishandling then you must immediately report this to the carrier and request a refund directly from them. Care Beyond™ is not responsible for damaged packages.
Returns and Cancellations
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Call or Email our Customer Care Team.
2. Once approved, please send product container, either opened or unopened, with evidence of purchase, at Care Beyond within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Auto-ship Orders:
An Auto-ship customer may deactivate or cancel Auto-ship designation at any time by the following options below:
1. Deactivating or canceling the auto-ship order in the designated auto-ship section of your Customer or Associate back office.
2. Emailing Notice of Auto-ship Cancellation to Care Beyond at the following email address at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date is required
